    Set-up & Break-down Times

    Please observe the following times for set-up and break-down without exception.

    09:00–11:30 Set-up (all exhibitors) Stands must be fully set up by 11:30
    12:00–18:00 Festival operation Stands may not be dismantled during festival hours
    18:00–21:00 Break-down (all exhibitors) Vehicle access from 18:15, the premises must be fully vacated by 21:00

    Important Notes

    Information for Exhibitors

    • Vehicle access in the morning is possible from 09:00 to 11:30. Vehicle access in the evening is possible from 18:15.
    • The paths may only be used in the one-way direction shown in the access plan.
    • The park grounds may only be driven on at walking pace for set-up and break-down. Please be especially considerate of pedestrians. Hazard lights must be used.
    • Vehicles may only drive on paved paths and must be removed from the park immediately after loading and unloading. You may park on the service yard or find a free public parking space.
    • No vehicle movements may take place in the event area during the festival. Vehicles may not be parked in Planten un Blomen park or behind the hedge (fire access road). Illegally parked vehicles will be towed away at the owner's expense.
    • Digging and ground anchors, especially for tents and pavilion structures, are not permitted. Structures must be secured with weights.
    • Electricity: Exhibitors must use suitable multi-socket extension leads and cables (IP44).
    • Each exhibitor is responsible for waste disposal. A waste compactor is located at the Planten un Blomen service yard; see access plan.
    • Exhibitors must check their rubbish bins regularly and empty them if necessary, and dispose of full bags at the service yard/waste compactor or take them away. No rubbish may be left next to the public bins.
    • Tables, benches and chairs must be left clean.
    • The park supervisory staff are located at the Bullerberge playground.
    • The organiser accepts no liability!
